Using Gum Health Paste

Use a soft toothbrush to clean the teeth and gums twice a day with your favorite toothpaste. Then, with a clean finger, apply a small amount of Miracle of the Sea Gum Health Paste and massage the paste in for a total of at least 20 seconds.

Don’t rinse. It is OK to spit.

For your morning application, avoid eating for thirty minutes after applying the gum health paste.

After the gums regrow over the base of the teeth, maintain good gum health by massaging in the paste once or twice a week.

Night Guards
If you wear night guards they are not an issue. In fact they should increase the potency of the Gum Paste that you apply at night.

It has been reported that combining the Natural Marine Extract Capsules with the Gum Health Paste enhances the results of the Gum Health Paste. For the number of capsules to be taken, please go by the severity of the condition rather than your age. Two capsules per day for severe recession conditions, one capsule per day for less severe recession conditions.

Precautions / Allergens

Miracle of the Sea Gum Health Paste with Natural Marine Extract (NME™) can be safely swallowed.

Do not use if you have seafood allergies.

Until the gums regrow over the base of the teeth, please proceed cautiously in:

• Using manual dental floss/electric water flossing machine in the receding gum area
• Using an electric toothbrush in the receding gum area. If you use an electric toothbrush, use the “feather” setting and use a gentle head.

Keep in temperatures less than 75°f.

Can also be refrigerated but it is not necessary.
